1 tablespoon butter
1 sm onion chopped
2 cloves garlic minced
1 2/3 cups water
1 (4-oz) box Rice-a-Roni Long Grain & Wild
2 1/2 cups fresh broccoli florets
1/2 cup coarsely chopped pecans toasted
1 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
In a medium saucepan over med-hi heat, melt butter. Add onion & garlic & saute 2 minutes. Add water, rice mix & seasonings packet. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cover; simmer 20 minutes. Stir in broccoli, cover & simmer 5-10 more minutes, or until white rice is tender. Stir in nuts & top with cheese.
